In partnership with Prime Management Group Inc., Changing Ways is seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead its dedicated team into the future, as it builds upon its considerable program success and recognition within the community. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this empowering, servant leader will drive and operationalize the strategic direction of the Agency which includes upholding the organization’s mission, while continuing to enhance its reputation as a valued collaborator within the local community.

With an astute focus and priority placed on delivering industry leading and progressive gender-based violence prevention program management, particularly in addressing Intimate Partner Violence, the Executive Director will oversee all operational, financial, and managerial aspects of the organization. Additionally, the Executive Director will play a pivotal role in operationalizing the new strategic plan for the organization. This includes translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, overseeing their implementation, and ensuring all programs are in alignment with Changing Ways' overarching mission and vision.

As the face of the organization, this integrity based Executive Director will champion Changing Ways, elevating its profile through strategic partnerships and collaborations, fundraising, and program promotion. Moreover, the Executive Director will inspire and empower committed staff and volunteers to realize the organization's objectives, while mentoring and advocating for their team's continued personal and professional success.

The ideal candidate will be an advocacy champion and a strategic leader with a relevant post-secondary degree, social service credentials, and a deep understanding of the sector, especially in domestic violence and violence against women.

With 5-7 years of proven senior leadership experience, this highly collaborative leader will demonstrate a track record of organizational success. Strong financial acumen, coupled with integrity and openness in leadership, are essential qualities for this role.
