Job Description

FACILITY SERVICES - SUMMER STUDENT POSITIONS

One (1) student is required to work in Facility Services, Maintenance Department. The successful candidates will report to the Manager, Facility Services. This student will be responsible for digitizing custodial cleaning area maps. An interest in technology or document management systems would be an asset. Candidates must be detail-oriented and be able to follow both verbal and written instructions. This position will require the candidate to be able to work independently with little supervision.

Candidates must be 16 years of age or older, currently attending school full time and must be
returning to school full time in 2023 September. Submit a copy of your current school timetable

Qualifications:             Experience with Auto Cad, Adobe Pro. The successful candidates must have a valid driver’s license and access reliable transportation as travel to schools in TVDSB is a requirement for this role.

            Dates of Employment: 2023 May 01 to 2023 September 01
            Location:                     Leathorne
Hours of Work:            Monday-Friday: 0630 -1500 with a ½ hour unpaid lunch
Rate of Pay:                 $20.00 per hour plus 4 % vacation pay (over 18 years of age)
Expiry Date:                 2023 April 05
